AH & CO Logistics LLC is a logistics company based in 780 E Foothill Blvd, Unit 7, Upland, California, USA offering courier, commercial freight and local pickup from California to Colombia and Mexico.

• You must be at least 18 years old or have an adult's authorization.
• Information you provide must be accurate and current.
• Use of the site grants you no rights over our trademarks, logos or content.

Quotes are good-faith estimates based on the information you provide (weight, dimensions, declared value, destination). They may be adjusted at receipt if:

• Actual weight or volume differs from what was declared.
• The destination requires additional transport outside the standard coverage area.
• Customs classifies the contents in a different category.

We will notify you of any adjustment before dispatch.

• A contract is formed when you accept the quote and we receive your shipment.
• Payment is made through the methods we communicate at quote time.
• Prices include the agreed freight only. Duties or taxes charged by Colombian or Mexican customs are the recipient's responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.

We may refuse or hold a shipment when it:

• Contains prohibited or restricted items.
• Was declared with false information or with a declared value that does not match the real value.
• Is improperly packed and risks damaging other cargo.
• Is held by customs pending additional information.

Transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Estimated transit times vary by destination, customs processing and carrier conditions. Contact us for the current estimated transit time for your shipment. Transit may also be affected by customs, weather, holidays or force majeure.

Shipment protection is country- and service-specific and is described in our Shipping Terms. In short: Colombia courier shipments include limited contractual shipment protection for loss only; for each approved lost package/piece, reimbursement is limited to the lesser of USD $200 or the declared value attributable to that package/piece, and this protection is not insurance. Colombia commercial freight, Mexico courier, and Mexico commercial freight do not include insurance or shipment protection; protection exists only where separately approved and documented in writing before dispatch, and declared value alone does not create or increase coverage or contractual liability. Partial damage, cosmetic damage, delays, customs actions, and fragile-item incidents are not covered on any lane. Eligible claims must be filed in writing within 30 calendar days of delivery (or expected delivery).

Trademarks, logos, text, images and code on the site belong to AH & CO Logistics LLC or its licensors. You may view content for personal use; any other use requires prior written permission.

You agree not to access non-public parts of the site, not to submit malicious content, not to automate mass form submissions, and not to use the site for fraudulent purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AH & CO Logistics LLC is not liable for indirect, consequential, lost-profit or lost-business-opportunity damages arising from use of the site. Liability for shipping services is governed by our Shipping Terms.

You agree to hold AH & CO harmless against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, the shipment of prohibited items, or false information provided by you.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or services if you breach these Terms, without affecting obligations already incurred (e.g. pending payments).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes will be resolved before the competent courts of San Bernardino County, California, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer rights granted by the law of your domicile.

We may update these Terms. The current version is posted on this page with its date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
