Your box travels consolidated with other shipments, lowering freight per pound versus a direct courier.

Colombia logistics network

Your shipment is transported through our Colombia logistics network and transferred to the applicable carrier for delivery.

DIAN customs handled

Our local broker clears the shipment. Your recipient never visits customs or hires a gestor — they just receive.

  • Courier 17 lb and up$3.00 per billable pound
  • Documents$30
  • Commercial freight 1–20 lb$130 minimum
  • Commercial freight 21 lb and up$6.50 per pound
  • Billable weight rounds up to the next whole pound.
  • Pickup is priced separately unless a specific promotion or approved exception applies.
  • Destination taxes, duties or DIAN charges are not included where they apply.

Courier shipments to Colombia include basic loss-only coverage up to the lesser of USD $200 or the declared value, subject to the applicable Shipping Terms. Commercial freight shipments do not currently include insurance.

Local pickup is available throughout selected areas of Southern California. Pickup fees may apply depending on location, shipment size, route availability and current promotions.

We file the export paperwork in the US and our broker in Colombia clears the shipment with DIAN. If declared value exceeds the de minimis threshold, taxes (IVA + duty) apply and are collected at delivery.

Yes — those are our busiest seasons. Schedule pickup 2–3 weeks early, since volume and customs processing both run heavier around those dates.

Yes. Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Barranquilla, and Cartagena get direct delivery. For smaller towns we coordinate delivery with the applicable carrier — send us the address and we'll confirm coverage.
